NO TRIAL TIMER, NO CARD
"Free" usually means free for fourteen days, or free if you do not mind ads, or free until you try to open the thing you signed up for. Here is exactly what free means here.

The free account lets you log up to five games with Quick Log, which records the final score, the ballpark, your seat, and any notes about the game. Those games feed your season stats: total games, stadiums visited, teams watched, runs seen, and the rest.
There is no trial period. Your fifth game does not expire. If five games a season is all you need, you never have to pay anything, and we are not going to keep asking.
There are also no ads. Not in the free tier, not anywhere. The app is paid for by people who upgrade, which is a cleaner arrangement than selling attention.
Full Scorecard mode is the Pro feature. That is the play-by-play scoring: the batting grid, every at-bat, pitcher lines, the linescore, extra innings. If you want to actually keep the book, that is the part you are paying for.
Free is also limited to the current season and the navy theme. Pro opens all past seasons and nine team colors.

Pro is a one-time $4.99 purchase. Not a monthly plan, not an annual renewal. Buy it once and it is yours. $4.99 is an introductory price through the 2026 season, and pricing changes in 2027, so locking in lifetime now is the best deal this app will ever offer.
If you go to a handful of games a year and want to remember where you sat and who won, stay on free. It does that well and it costs nothing.
If you keep the book, upgrade. Scoring play by play is the entire reason a scorebook exists, and Full Scorecard mode is where that lives. Five dollars, once, and you never think about it again. See what Full Scorecard mode includes.
Free to read, all of them. Learn the notation before you decide whether you want the full scorecard.
